The invention relates to medical technology, in particular, to devices for inserting a drainage tube into the intestine through the bones, in addition, the device can be used for aseptic perforation of other hollow organs.

The purpose of the invention is the aseptic conduction of the drainage tube into the cecum, followed by its passage through the Bauginium valve.

Figure 1 shows the beginning of the introduction of the device into the cecum; figure 2 - the operating position of the device.

A device for conducting a drainage tube comprises an outer tube 1 (main), at the front end of which a groove 2 is made for fixing at a distance of 5-7 mm from the working end 1.5-2-2 mm wide. In the outer tube 1 is placed the stylet 3, the outer diameter of which corresponds to the inner diameter of the tube 1. The stylet 3 is made hollow with a drainage hole 4 at the pointed working end 5.

After removing the stylet 3, an additional tube 6 is inserted into the outer tube 1, into which the obturator 7 is inserted.

The outer diameter of the additional tube 6 is equal to the outer diameter of the stylet 3.

The device is used as follows.

The part of the dome of the cecum, opposed to the Bauhinia valve, is removed and fixed in the right iliac region. The serous-muscular layer is notched and the intestinal mucosa is perforated with the sharp end 5 of the stylet 3, which is inserted into the outer tube 1.

The tubes are advanced into the lumen of the dome of the cecum up to the furrow 2, on which a previously placed skinnage suture is tightened, fixing it with a clamp. With
