Abstract
Изобретение относитс к электротехнике и может быть использовано дл удалени загр знений с внешней изол ции открытых распределительных участков. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности и экономичности очистки и экологической безопасности. Дл этого очистку изол торов осуществл ют струей сжатого воздуха, смешанного с льдистыми образовани ми. Использование изобретени позвол ет уменьшить абразивный износ оборудовани и поверхности изол торов, сделать его более экономичным и экологически более безопасным. 1 ил.The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to remove contaminants from the external insulation of open distribution areas. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency and cost effectiveness of cleaning and environmental safety. For this purpose, the cleaning of the insulators is carried out with a jet of compressed air mixed with ice formations. The use of the invention allows to reduce the abrasive wear of the equipment and the surface of the insulators, to make it more economical and environmentally safer. 1 il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к электротехнике , в частности к устройствам дл удалени загр знений с внешней изол цией распределительных устройств под напр жением.The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to devices for removing contaminants with external insulation of distribution devices under voltage.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение эффективности и экономичности очистки и экологической безопасностиThe aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of cleaning and environmental safety.
На чертеже показана принципиальна схема дл реализации способа очистки изол торов .The drawing shows a schematic diagram for implementing an insulator cleaning method.
Compressed air from the tank 1 with the valve 2 is fed into the cooling device 3, compartment 4 of which is loaded with ice pellets 5. Part of the cooled air passes through the perforated partition 6 and transfers ice particles through the valve 7 to the mixer 8, which simultaneously from the cooling device 3 through the valve 9 cooled air is supplied at high speed. The air flow mixed with the ice particles through the hose with the nozzle device 10 is directed to the insulator surface to be cleaned.
В зависимости от степени загр знени с помощью вентилей 7 и 9 можно регулировать соотношение между расходом частиц льда и воздуха. По окончании чистки вентиль 7 закрываетс и струей сжатого воздуха удал ютс остатки льда. Смеситель 8 может быть расположен как внутри охлаждающего устройства, так и вне его.Depending on the degree of contamination by means of valves 7 and 9, the ratio between the flow of ice particles and air can be adjusted. At the end of the cleaning, the valve 7 is closed and the remaining ice is removed by a jet of compressed air. The mixer 8 can be located both inside the cooling device and outside it.
Дл очистки изол ции могут быть ис- г тьзованы дробленый лед,, снежна крупа искусственно полученные гранулы или чешуйки льда. Искусственный лед, например , может быть получен с помощью генератора чешуйчатого льда.To clean the insulation, crushed ice, snow pellets, artificially produced granules or flakes of ice can be used. Artificial ice, for example, can be obtained using a scaly ice generator.
Использование дл очистки изол торов частиц льда вместо известных абразивных частиц или полимерных гранул позвол ет снизить стоимость работ, не требует уборки после очистки и не ухудшает экологическую обстановку в районе подстанции. Их воздействие на поверхность изол торов не приводит, к повреждению глазури.The use of ice particles for cleaning insulators instead of known abrasive particles or polymer granules reduces the cost of work, does not require cleaning after cleaning, and does not worsen the ecological situation in the substation area. Their impact on the surface of the insulators does not lead to damage to the glaze.
