Abstract

The invention relates to the satisfaction of vital human needs and can be used for storing agricultural products in the living conditions. The purpose of the invention is to increase the safety of vegetables. The container includes a heat-insulated body 1 with a lid 2, an additional body mounted inside the container, having solid walls 5 and a perforated bottom 6 and a lid 7 made of a material with high thermal conductivity. The invention relates to meeting the vital needs of a human being and can be used for storing agricultural produce under household conditions.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the safety of vegetables.

The container includes a heat-insulated housing 1 with a lid 2, electrical heaters 3 placed in the lower part of the housing, and a temperature sensor 4. Inside the container with a gap is placed an additional case having solid walls 5 and perforated bottom 6 and cover 7. The additional case is made of a material with high thermal conductivity. Electric heaters 3 are installed in the gap between the walls of the container and the additional case, and temperature sensor 4 is fixed on the inside side of the body.

The design allows vegetables to be stored in household conditions, for example, on a balcony, in winter, at low temperatures and high air humidity, since it prevents condensation of moisture on the inner walls, which, in contact with vegetables, causes them to spoil.

The container is used as follows.

Vegetables are loaded into an additional body, they are covered with a perforated lid 7, and then they are covered with a lid 2 with containers.

With the help of a temperature sensor, the regime of storage of vegetables is established in the internal volume of the container.

Subsequent exposure to external, colder air cools the walls of the container, which leads to cooling of the air in the gap between the walls of the container and the additional body. Further cooling of the additional enclosure wall with this air, on one of which a temperature sensor 4 is installed, causes the heaters 3 to turn on. The air heated in the gap, in contact with the cold surfaces of the walls, cools and releases moisture in the form of condensate on the surface of the walls forming the air the gap between the shells. Condensate flows to the lower part of the container, which excludes its contact with vegetables, thereby increasing their safety.
