Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности протекани технологического процесса при уборке кукурузы повышенной влажности. Кукурузоуборочный комбайн содержит устройство дл подачи оберток в измельчитель 9, выполненное в виде имеющего вертикальную ось диска 17 с лопаст ми, на кромках которых имеютс вырезы, а внутри кожуха 20, охватывающего устройство, закреплены противорежущие элементы, размещенные в этих прорез х. При этом происходит отрыв початков пластинами 5 и срез стеблей режущим аппаратом 6. Оторванные початки подаются в шнек 11, направляющий их в транспортер 16, который подает их на очиститель 2, где вальцами 12 и прижимным устройством 13 осуществляется очистка початков от покровных листьев (обертки). Очищенные початки скатываются в выгрузной транспортер 15, сбрасывающий их в тележку (не показана), прицепленную к комбайну. Обертки транспортером 14 подаются на диск 17 и далее в измельчитель 9. Увлекаемые лопастями 23 обертки под действием центробежных сил прижимаются к периферии диска 17, при этом происходит предварительное измельчение оберток. Далее происходит всасывание оберток в измельчитель 9 вследствие подачи их в зону разрежения.
