Abstract
62%.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to the preparation of feed from straw. The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy consumption and increase the nutritional value of the feed. Wheat straw is crushed, diammonite phosphate, mono-calcium phosphate, urea, salt, 40 g of grain grinding (per 1 ton of straw) are added to it and moistened to a moisture content of 65%. Heat the mixture to 55 ° C, cool to 45 ° C and add 125 L of yeast milk. The mixture is kept for 8 hours. Then, 3-7 parts of grass cutting and 1-1.5 parts of dry natural straw are added to 10 parts of the baked straw. Stir, dry and granulate. Cooked monochorm with a moisture content of 12-14%, contains,%: protein 7-10; sugar6-10; fiber 21-26 and carotene 5-17 mg%. The invention allows to reduce the energy consumption for drying the feed by 62%.

П р и м е р 1. PRI me R 1. Wheat straw is crushed to 3-5 cm, served in a mixer. 5 tons of diammonium phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, urea, sodium chloride and 40 kg of grain milling are applied per 1 ton of straw cutting. The mixture is moistened to a moisture content of 65% and heated to 55 ° C. After cooling to 45 ° C, 125 l of yeast milk, made from molasses and yeast, is added to the mixture. The mixture is stirred to a uniform mass and incubated for 8 hours. Thereafter, for 10 hours. yeast straw is added 5 parts of chopped grass mixture and 1.2 parts of natural straw. After mixing, the resulting
массу загружают в приемник сушильного агрегата АВМ-1,5, высушивают и брикетируют .the mass is loaded into the receiver of the ABM-1.5 drying unit, dried and preformed.

П р и м е р 2. Yeast the straw in the same way as described in example 1. After yeast for 10 hours. the resulting straw is added to 3 parts of chopped grass mixture and 1 hour of dry straw, dried and briquetted. When the humidity is 12-14%, the briquettes contain,%: protein 9-10, sugar 6-7, fiber 21-23 and carotene 5-7 mg%.
П р и м е р 3. При влажности 12-14% в брикетах содержитс , белок 7-8, сахар 8-10, клетчатка 23- 24 и каротин 16-17 мг%.EXAMPLE 3 At 10 hours, the yeast straw in Example 1 was added 7 parts of chopped grass mixture and 1.5 parts of dry natural straw, dried and granulated. At 12-14% moisture content in briquettes, protein contains 7-8, sugar 8-10, fiber 23-24 and carotene 16-17 mg%.
