Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сортировке бревен по длине и позвол ет снизить трудоемкость обслуживани и ремонта сбрасывател и повысить надежность его работы. Сбрасыватель включаетсмонтированные на раме оси, шарнирно установленные на них втулки (В) 4 и смонтированные на последних сталкивающие рычаги (Р) 3. На В 4 закреплены кривошипные Р 8, соединенные т гой 14, регулируемой по длине. С одним из Р 8 соединен через т гу 20 привод 16 поворота Р 3 в рабочее положение. На одной или двух В 4 шарнирно установлена регулируема дугообразна направл юща (ДН), с которой соединен одним концом гибкий нераст жимый элемент, св занный другим концом с механизмом поворота Р 3 в исходное положение в виде пружины до упора 12. При подходе бревна 19 к Р 3 включаетс привод 16 и Р 3 поворачиваютс через т ги 20 и 14 и сбрасывают бревно 19. При повороте Р 3 гибкий нераст жимый элемент огибает ДН, раст гива пружину. Последн возвращает Р 3 в исходное положение. При сбрасывании бревен 19 меньшего диаметра и необходимости увеличени угла поворота Р 3 измен ют положение ДН с уменьшением ее радиуса относительно В 4, тем самым уменьша раст жение пружины. Это обеспечивает замедленное перемещение Р 3 в исходное положение и уменьшение их удара об упор ил.
