Description
The invention relates to gas-thermal coating, in particular to electric arc metallization.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and performance of the metal spraying process.
FIG. 1 shows the spray head of the electrometallizer, a slit; figure 2 - the air nozzle section.
При этом плоскость разьема сопла 5 перпендикул рна плоскости токосьемных пластин 2, а разъемные части 7 и 8 металлического сопла 5 закреплены в корпусе 3 водоохлаждаемым насадком 6 и покрыты жаростойким электроизол ционным материалом, нанесенным на подслой металлического или металлокерамического материала .The electrometallization spray head contains current leads 1 for electrode wires, tokor-earth plates 2 located in housing 3. air tube 4, metal nozzle 5 with water-cooled attachment 6, consisting of two parts 7 and 8, detachable in the plane of its axis. At that, the plane of the nozzle plug 5 is perpendicular to the plane of the tossytem plates 2, and the detachable parts 7 and 8 of the metal nozzle 5 are fixed in the housing 3 with a water-cooled nozzle 6 and covered with heat-resistant electrically insulating material deposited on the sublayer of the metal or metal-ceramic material.
The spray head electrometallizer works as follows.
The contact tubes to the current-plate 2 receives the electrode wire. Next, the wire enters the nozzle 5. Behind the nozzle 5, the electrode wires intersect and melt, and the inert gas or compressed air supplied through the air tube 4 sprays the metal onto the product. The crossing point of the wires is adjusted by turning the collector plates 2. At the same time, the electrode wires can touch the detachable parts 7 and 8 without danger of tacking them, since all the inner and outer surfaces of the detachable parts 7 and 8 of the nozzle are electrically insulated. The presence of a heat-resistant coating on the surface of the nozzle 5 makes it possible to significantly displace the crossing point of the electrode wires without sticking the sprayed material. Making the nozzle 5 detachable with an electrically insulating coating on the surface of the connector ensures the absence of electrical contact and sticking of the wires even if they are wiped by the wire
