The aim of the invention is to simplify the process while increasing reproducibility.
The method is carried out as follows.
Under local anesthesia of soft tissues with a 0.25% solution of novocaine in an amount of 1 ml, a needle with mandrin is introduced into the bone marrow cavity of the distal metaphysis of a tibial bone. The mandrin is removed. A 0.5% solution of novocaine is injected into the needle, and after 5 minutes 0.5-1 ml of horse serum. The needle is removed and an aseptic belt is placed on the wound. After 4-6 minutes, up to 1 ml of distilled water is injected into the eyelid with a syringe and needle.
Кролика помещают в клетку дл дальнейшего наблюдени .water containing 250-500 thousand and more microbial bodies of Staphylococcus aureus. The needle is removed, the wound is clamped with a pin to prevent microbes from entering the soft ear tissue. The rabbit is placed in a cage for further observation.
Example 1. Rabbit 1254. Weight 4 kg. After the rabbit was fixed in the machine and local anesthesia of soft tissues with a solution of novocaine, 1 ml of horse serum was injected into the bone marrow cavity of the distal metaphysis of the left tibial bone from the inside and 250 thousand microbial bodies of Staphylococcus aureus were inserted into the ear vein after 6 minutes.
(After 3 days it is clinically noted that the rabbit spares the operated leg. After 7 days, in the lower third of the leg, along with its swelling, two small tubercles are located on the outer side of the leg, i.e. not at the point of insertion of the needle into the bone. After 14 days, an increase in diameter (

Выше и ниже места расположени гнойников отмечено разрастание костных периостальных наслоений толщиной до 3 мм,pa tubercles, they are dense to the touch, the rabbit spares his nose. After 3 weeks, a fistula opened in the zone of the lower tubercle, pus leaves it. His seeding indicates the presence of Staphylococcus aureus. After another 2 weeks, the fistula closed. In the ankle and knee joints stiffness is noted. In soft tissues of the lower leg, ulcers form with a diameter of 2 and 4 cm. After 2 months. after surgery in the lower leg area, an increase in ulcers to 2 and 6 cm of soft consistency was noted. Radiographically, in the zone of contiguity of ulcers, a thinning of the cortical plate was noted. Above and below the location of the ulcers marked growth of bony periosteal layers up to 3 mm thick,
П р и м е р 2. PRI mme R 2. Rabbit 1287. Weight 3.5 kg. After fixation in the machine and local anesthesia of soft tissues with a solution of novocaine, 0.5 ml of horse serum is injected into the bone marrow cavity of the distal metaphysis of the right tibial bone from the inner side of the needle and into the ear vein after 4 minutes - 500 thousand microbial cells Staphylococcus aureus.
Посев из гнойников показал рост золотистого стафилококка .After 3 days it is clinically noted that the rabbit spares the operated leg. After 7 days, an increase in edema and contracture in the knee joint were observed in the zone of the operated tibia. After 2 weeks, swelling of the knee and ankle joints was noted, and small tubercles palpated along the length of the tibia in soft tissues. After 4 weeks, the state of the rabbit deteriorated, it became inactive, and did not eat well. Two months after the operation, a thickening of the tibia, its swelling, stiffness of the knee and ankle joints were noted. During animal slaughter and subsequent dissection of soft tissues, the presence of ulcers in soft tissues along the length of the tibia is noted, the surface of the cortical plate is covered with bony tubercles, contributing to the thickening of the bone. Sowing of ulcers showed the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.
