Abstract

10 сThe invention relates to medicine and can be used for the angiographic diagnosis of diseases of the blood vessels, the heart and other organs. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the trauma of puncture vascular catheterization by hydraulic expansion of the puncture channel. To do this, after puncture of a blood vessel with the introduction of a conductor into it in obese patients and if there are fibrotic changes in the place of previously performed catheterization of vessels, a syringe with solution is attached to the catheter and the solution is injected into the puncture channel under pressure, and the catheter is advanced into the blood vessel through the channel formed by a stream of liquid. The method was applied in 5 patients, in all cases it was possible to catheterize a blood vessel without complications. The method is recommended for implementation in practical health care. 10 s

Description

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for the angiographic diagnosis of diseases of the blood vessels, the heart and other organs.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce trauma by hydraulic expansion of the puncture channel.

The method is carried out as follows.

According to Seldinger's method, a needle punctured a blood vessel with the introduction of a conductor into it. In obese patients, as well as in re-examination, when fibrous changes in the tissues occurred at the site of a previous puncture, a syringe with a solution is attached to the catheter. Bringing the catheter to the place of resistance to further advancement, a solution is introduced into it under pressure, which expands the puncture channel. By not relieving the pressure on the syringe plunger, the catheter is advanced into the blood vessel through a channel formed by a stream of fluid.

Example. Ill G. Admitted to the hospital again with a diagnosis of relapse of a tumor of the left adrenal gland. A year ago, she was examined in the clinic, the right femoral artery was catheterized. When the right femoral artery was re-catheterized, it was punctured and a guide was inserted into it, but the catheter could not be held. A syringe is attached to the catheter. After leading the catheter to the site of difficulty, the introduction of fluid under the catheter is started.

ст., на струе жидкости катетер проведен через пункционный канал в просвет сосуда и выполнена эорто- артериографи .with a pressure of 200-300 mm Hg, a catheter was passed through the puncture channel into the lumen of the vessel and eorto-arteriography was performed on the jet of liquid.

The method was applied in five patients who failed to hold the catheter using the usual method. In all cases, there were no complications.

The method is recommended for implementation in practical health care.
