The invention relates to microwave technology and can be used in the manufacture of absorbing elements of the waveguide path.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity and improve the quality in the manufacture of the waveguide load of the millimeter range.
FIG. Figure 1 shows the initial phase of the process of pouring the composition of the polymer binder; in fig. Figure 2 shows the state of the collected waveguide load before the composition is cured; in fig. 3 is a view of the waveguide load after curing of the composition; in fig. Figure 4 shows the waveguide load after removal of the funnel, the composition protruding beyond the end surface, and the wedge mark.
ч.: The method of manufacturing a waveguide load includes installing a wedge mark 2 in waveguide 1 covering one end 3, pouring compound 4 from polymer binder and carbonyl iron into waveguide 1 from the other end 5, evacuating compound 4 and curing it and removing wedge mark 2. Filling Compound 4 is produced through a funnel 6 fixed at the end 5 of waveguide 1 and having a volume of at least 2.5 poured volume. As part 4 using the composition, parts by weight:
28Toluene diazocyanate 28
250-300Carbonyl iron 250-300
5.Composition 4 was evacuated at 55-70 ° C for 30-40 minutes and curing was carried out at the same temperature for 1.5-2 hours, after which the funnel 6 was removed and the cured composition protruding beyond the end surface of end 5 was removed.
Перед заливкой состава 4 воронку 6 предварительно смазывают слоем антиадгезионной смазки ЦИАТИМ-201.Before pouring the composition 4, the funnel 6 is pre-lubricated with a anti-adhesive lubricant layer CIATIM-201.

The selected composition of the composition provides the minimum CWS of the waveguide millimeter-wave range and is of great vitality value - about 2.5 hours, which allows you to pour many forms in one portion of the composition.
The large volume of the funnel 6 is necessary due to the strong shrinkage of the composition 4. Due to the good adhesion and plastic properties of the composition 4, it is possible to produce thin edges and narrow depressions in the waveguide load, which is of particular importance for waveguide loads of the millimeter range.
The labor intensity is reduced by reducing the curing time of the composition.
