Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a low-cost and light-weight dielectric filter with no deterioration of the electric characteristics by constituting the outer conductor with the resin mold the inner surface of which is covered with the metal. CONSTITUTION:Outer conductor 2 doubling the case and bottom plate 3 are produced through the molding method into one body via the proper resin material such as the polycarbon. Metal inner conductor 1 is fixed to metal thin plate 11 via calking and then heat-pressed into the above mentioned resin case. Then the conductor coating is given with low-resistance metal 5 such as the silver or the like to the surfaces of conductor 1 and 2 plus plate 3, and dielectric core 4 is inserted into the space between conductor 1 and 2. The length of lambdag/4 is set to conductor 1 with the wavelength inside line set to lambdag, and one end of conductor 1 is short-circuited to conductor 2 with the other end installed to be set under the open conditions. The connection between the adjacent resonators is done via hole 6.
