The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of rolling the clay mixture and increase the adhesive properties,
In the method of producing a lightweight aggregate, the heat-treated grain of the crusher is vibrated on a screen with an oscillation frequency per minute of 6000-12000 for 2 minutes and blown in an air stream at a speed of 5-10 m / s.
A method of obtaining a lightweight aggregate is as follows.
The corn cobs with a moisture content of 35-40% are crushed to obtain a mixed fraction of 5-20 mm. The resulting crusher is subjected to rolling with heat treatment in a rotating drying drum at 300-400 ° C. Upon exiting the dryer drum, the rounded crusher enters a vibrating screen equipped with 1 leu. To reduce the duration of rolling the clay mixture and increase the adhesion properties in the method of producing lightweight aggregate, the heat-treated crushed grains are vibrated at a screen with an oscillation frequency per minute of 6000-12000 for 2 minutes and blown in an air stream at a speed of 5-10 m / s. The resulting aggregate has a bulk density of 560-580 kg / m 3 , strength 2,752.85 MPa. while the duration of rolling the shell from the clay mixture is 3.5-4 minutes, the adhesive properties of the treated surface of the crusher increase. 1 tab.

The resulting aggregate is characterized by a bulk density of 560-580 kg / m ’, a strength of 2.75-2.85 MPa. In this case, the duration of rolling the shell from the clay mixture is reduced to 3.5-4 minutes
