32.The bearing units 5 and 6 are sealed by means of a seal 25 housed in a housing 26 sealed by means of a seal 27 on the base of a circular guide 8. To reliably seal the cylindrical cavity 20 of the faceplate 9, the seal 25 is made in a vacuum design. For example, the cuffs 28 and 29 are made of PTFE and the inner surface fits snugly against the spindle 10. Spacer rings 30 made of vacuum rubber are installed between the cuffs 28 and 29 and the body 26. This set of cuffs and spacers is preloaded with flange 31 by means of screws 32.

фиг.4).Electroerosive carousel machine works as follows. After fixing on the faceplate 9 with the cams 35 of the workpiece 36, the bath 18 is filled with working fluid 19, which flows under the faceplate 9 into the peripheral zone 24 and blocks the air in it and in the internal closed 23 zone. The air that is somewhat compressed in these zones prevents further filling of the peripheral zone with the working fluid. In the peripheral zone 24, a stable level B of the working fluid is established, located well below the supporting plane 7 of the circular guide 8 at a certain height h from the edge of the bottom face of the faceplate 9 (see Fig. 4).
36.After the bath 18 is filled with working fluid 19 above the workpiece 36, horizontal movement of the rack 12 with the drive 13 and vertical mixing of the head 14 with the drive 17, the electrode tool 15 is brought closer to the workpiece 36. The rotational movements of the faceplate 9 are reported with the help of drive 11 and electr - the trode-tool with the help of the actuator 16. On the part 36 and the electrode-tool 15 through 0 the operating voltage is given. According to a given program, sequentially moving the electrode of the tool 15 in the horizontal with the aid of the actuator 13 and vertically with the aid of the actuator 17 on the 5th direction, the part 36 is machined.
