Abstract
1. ил.The invention relates to vacuum technology, in particular to steam jet vacuum pumps, and makes it possible to increase the reliability and efficiency of the pump, as well as to improve its performance. The pump body 1 is made in the form of a toroidal heat pipe, the evaporation part of which is located in the working zone of the pump and perceives the heat flux coming to the wall during pump operation, transferring it to the fins 8 on the outer surface of the case and in the axial direction to the condensation part 7 of the pipe, placed in the heat exchanger 11, the inner surface of which forms with the outer surface of the developed condensation part 7 channels 13 for supplying cooling water. The inner surface of the heat exchanger and the outer surface of the condensation part 7 of the heat pipe are made with corrugations in the shape of a multi-strap helical spiral in order to intensify heat exchange. 1. il.

The invention relates to vacuum technology, in particular to steam jet vacuum pumps.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability, efficiency and ease of operation of the steam jet pump.
The drawing shows a longitudinal section of a steam jet vacuum pump.
The pump includes a housing 1 with an inlet pipe, 2 and an exhaust pipe 3, the axes of which are perpendicular to the pump axis, the boiler 4 located in the lower part and the heat-insulated spacer 5 having a low thermal conductivity and a cooled part made as a heat pipe from the evaporative part 6 and the condensation part 7. The evaporative part b of the heat pipe is located in the working area of the pump, has a toroidal cross section and
16.fins 8 on its outer surface. The condensation part 7 of the heat pipe consists of concentric toroidal corrugated pipes 9 with through channels 10 made in them and equipped with a heat exchanger 11 made in the form of a removable cup with an internal corrugated surface and with concentric corrugated projections 12 on its bottom. Moreover, the corrugations of the condensation part 7 of the heat pipe, the inner side surface and the protrusions 12 of the heat exchanger 11 are made in the form of a multiple spiral helix and form concentric channels 13. To which the nozzles 14 are attached. In the lower part of the heat exchanger there are drain nozzles 15. Between the ends of the coaxial pipes 9 and the end face The surface of the heat exchanger 11 is fitted with seals 16.

The pump is operated as follows. The heat flux supplied to the inner surface of the evaporative part 6 of the heat pipe during the condensation of steam jets flowing from the pump nozzles on it passes through the wall of the working fluid in the heat pipe and causes its intense evaporation. The vapor of the working fluid enters the upper condensation part 7 of the heat pipe and condenses on its inner surface, giving off heat to the coolant circulating in the channels 13 of the heat exchanger 11. Part of the heat flux coming from the working area of the pump is removed by heat conduction to the outer side of the housing 1 and disperses from the surface of the ribs 8 to the environment.
The design of the pump makes it possible to increase its reliability and ease of operation due to the removal of the surface of the heat exchanger with coolant outside the working area of the pump and making the casing of the heat exchanger removable.
