The drawing shows a hydraulic drive circuit.
The drive includes a hydraulic cylinder 1, the piston 2 of which is connected by means of the rod 3 to a column rod with a plunger of a well pump (not shown in the drawing). 11.pumping fluid from the tank 5 through the distributor 6. The circuit has a filter 7 for cleaning the oil. The cavity of the tank 5 is connected by means of an air filter 8 to a buffer tank 9, the internal cavity of which is divided by partitions 10 into parallel channels. The steam filter filter 8 is installed check valve 11.
The drive works as follows.
9,The plunders stroke of the well pump upwards is provided when the working fluid is supplied by the pump 4 through the distributor and the piston chamber of the cylinder 1. When this happens, the piston 2 rises and the rod string with the plunger moves up. During this period, the volume of fluid in tank 5 decreases, and air from the surrounding atmosphere enters the buffer tank 9,

Размеры каналов выбираютс такими, чтобы режим течени воздуха был ламинарным,and from it through the air filter 8 - in the cavity of the tank 5. Since the volume of the buffer tank 9 is selected so that it exceeds the volume of air entering the tank 5, then the air contained in the buffer tank 9 passes through the filter 8. Atmospheric air containing dust and pollution. To prevent air from mixing in the buffer tank 9 with the atmospheric contaminated atmospheric, the internal cavity of the tank is divided by longitudinal partitions 10 dividing it into parallel channels. The dimensions of the channels are chosen such that the air flow regime is laminar,
During the course of the downhole pump plunger downward, the distributor 6 connects the outlet of the power pump 4 and the sub piston cylinder 1 with a drain. In this case, the fluid is displaced from cylinder 1 into tank 5, its level rises, and the air in tank 5 is displaced through the check valve 11 into the buffer tank 9. Atmospheric air contained therein which is polluted is displaced, not mixing with clean, displaced from tank 5. Clean air remains in buffer tank 9 until the next cycle of operation.
Таким образом, при каждом ходе поршн 2 вверх и вниз совершаетс рабочий цикл скважинного насоса, который подает плаI |FЈi:t--JEE:-Thus, with each stroke of the piston 2 up and down, the working cycle of the downhole pump takes place, which delivers the plate | FЈi: t - JEE: -
Stokovoy fluid to the surface. Since the presence of partitions 10 ensures the laminar mode of air flow in the tank 9, the mixture of clean air from the tank 5 and the polluted atmospheric air is absent or minimal.
The insignificant amount of dust entrained by the flow of clean air from the walls of the partitions 10 deposited on them from the atmospheric air is, according to experimental data, no more than 2-3% of its initial amount.
