Description

 The invention relates to techniques for mechanized production and can be used in the production of viscous oils.
 A well-known sucker rod installation containing columns of pump tubes and rods, a cylinder with two stages of different diameters mounted one above the other, two hollow plungers of different diameters, connected to each other and to the column of sucker rods and movably located in the cylinder with the formation of working chambers of smaller and larger diameters . A larger diameter chamber is connected through a check valve to the annulus. When pumping out viscous formation fluids, a larger working chamber is in communication with a smaller working chamber through additional check valves.
 An object of the present invention is to reduce hydrodynamic losses and increase the operating efficiency of a sucker rod pump unit.
 This is achieved by the fact that the sucker rod pumping unit is equipped with a stepwise load placed outside the cavity of the pump pipes and connected with the lower part of the small diameter plunger. The larger diameter plunger is also stepped, while the length of the smaller diameter step is equal to the stroke length of the plungers.
 The drawing shows a schematic sucker rod pump unit.
 The load 1 is installed outside the cavity of the lifting elevator 2 and is connected to the lower part of the plunger 3 of small diameter of the stepped plunger 4. The suction valve 5 is placed in the plunger 3 of small diameter. The discharge valve 6 is located above the plunger 4.
 Rod pump installation works as follows. When the plunger 4 moves upward, the suction valve 5 is open and the liquid fills the volume of the cylinder under the plunger 4. The pressure valve 6 is thus closed by the pressure of the liquid located under the plunger 4 and moving up the tubing string. When the plunger 4 moves downward, the suction valve 5 closes under the action of the fluid pressure in the cylinder cavity of the plunger 3, the pressure valve 6 opens and the fluid flows into the plunger space of the cylinder. In this case, the load 1, located outside the cavity of the lifting elevator 2, facilitates the movement of the plunger down in viscous environments. In this case, there is no friction of the load on the walls of the tubing, since it is located outside the cavity of the elevator, without blocking its cross section, the hydrodynamic friction is reduced.

  1.  A PUMP PUMP UNIT containing columns of pump pipes and rods, a cylinder with two stages of different diameters mounted one above the other, two hollow plungers of different diameters, connected to each other and the column of pump rods and movably located in the cylinder to form smaller and larger working chambers, with this suction valve is placed in a plunger of a smaller diameter, characterized in that it is provided with a load made stepwise, placed outside the cavity of the pump pipes and connected with the lower part of the plunger of diameter, the large diameter piston is also formed stepwise and the step diameter is less than the length of the stroke of the plungers.
