Изобретение относитс  к производству многопустотных железобетонных изделий на длинномерных стендах. Цель - повышение качества формуемых железобетонных изделий. Формовка осуществл етс  прессующим давлением шнеков и прессующей опалубкой, выполненной в виде имеющих уплотнени  трех подвижных пластин - верхней и двух боковых, шарнирно прикрепленных к стабилизирующей опалубке. Состоит из рамы 1, колес 2, бункера 3, пустотообразователей 4, шнеков 5 с приводом их вращени  6, прессующей опалубки, состо щей из боковых колеблющихс  пластин 7 с приводом их колебательного движени  8, верхней прессующей плиты 9 с приводом ее колебательного движени  стабилизирующей опалубки, уплотн ющих брусьев. 4 ил.This invention relates to the production of hollow-core reinforced concrete products on long stands.
