Abstract
2 з.п. The invention relates to a testing technique, and specifically to methods for leaktightness testing of closed products with increased gasification of external surfaces using a mass spectrometric leak detector. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of the display by reducing the residual gas content in the vacuum chamber and improving the test performance. The product is placed in a vacuum chamber with pre-evacuation to a water vapor pressure, after which an adsorbent is supplied to the chamber, using surfactant vapors. After filing the vapor make exposure, then vacuum is created in the chamber 1 . 10 -3 mm Hg. a test gas is supplied to the test product and the product is assessed for leak tightness by comparing the signals from the test gas streams from the product and the test leak. 2 hp f-ly, 1 ill.

Цель изобретени - повышение чувствительности путем уменьшени содержани остаточного газа в вакуумной камере и повышение производительности испытани за счет сокращени времени вакуумирова- ни .The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity by reducing the residual gas content in the vacuum chamber and increasing the test performance by reducing the vacuum time.
The drawing shows the setup diagram for the implementation of the proposed method.
The circuit includes a product 1, which is placed in a vacuum chamber 2. The chamber is evacuated using a fore vacuum pump 3 and a high vacuum pump 4 connected to each other and the leak detector 5 by communication 6 through
The surfactant is supplied to the chamber through the valve 10, and the test gas through the valve 11 from the test leak 12. The device 13 is designed to trap the surfactant vapor.
The method is carried out as follows.
ON VJThe product 1 is placed in the chamber 2 and the chamber 2 is evacuated by the pump 3. When the Par water reaches the pressure of Rat Ruhr, the evacuation of the condensate from the chamber walls 2 and products 1. A surfactant is supplied (for example, Hladon-113) through valve 10 to chamber 2 up to pressure RTtechnol. (vapor pressure adsorbing substance for Freon-113 Rtechnol 280 mm Hg). Allow 15 min for a while, and the surfactant molecules are condensed on top of a single VJ

The chamber 2 and the product under study 1 form a thin layer on them, most often monomolecular, and due to the fact that surfactant molecules have a high sorption bond energy of the polar group with metals, they replace the gas molecules on the surface of the product and chambers and transfer them to the evacuated volume. As a result, a saturated layer predominantly of surfactant molecules is formed on the walls of chamber 2 and the surface of the tested article 1, which drastically reduces the adhesion coefficient (adsorption) of unbound residual gas from the evacuated volume of the test chamber 2 and prevents diffusion of soluble monatomic from the walls of chamber 2 and product 1 gases (e.g., gels, neon) or ions of split diatomic molecules (e.g. hydrogen, oxygen, etc.), which significantly reduces the partial pressure of the residual gas in the free state. The valve 10 is closed and the chamber 2 is evacuated to the pressure of the test. 1 mm Hg The opening of the throttling valve 9 communicates the leak detector 5 with the communication 6 of the preliminary discharge, and the trap 7 (8) is filled with liquid nitrogen.
13A test gas (helium or argon) is supplied to the test product and the leaktightness of the test product 1 is evaluated by comparing the signals from the test gas flows from the product 1 and the test leak 12.
