Abstract
Изобретение относитс к химической промышленности, в частности в сернокислотном производстве дл извлечени из газов. Изобретение позвол ет уменьшить уровень охлаждени газа за счет того, что конденсацию и абсорбцию паров производ т на поверхности тумана, проход щего по расположенным в газовом потоке теплоизолированным коробам 2, снабженным щел ми в зоне торможени газового потока, а также через сепараторы 12 и 13. Контакт обрабатываемого газа с туманом происходит через щели в зоне торможени газового потока. Массообмен в этой зоне осуществл етс взаимодиффузией, имеющей повышенное значение за счет пульсаций в потоке. Поверхность капель тумана столь велика, что конденсаци или абсорбци паров, поступающих внутрь коробов 2, происходит практически мгновенно. Из-за чего посто нно имеет место разность концентраций паров снаружи и внутри коробов, определ юща усиленную диффузию паров из зоны торможени газового потока. За счет массопереноса капли тумана укрупн ютс и при рециркул ции тумана туманопроводу 9 могут быть отсепарированы в сепараторах 12 и 13. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular in sulfuric acid production for extraction from gases. Contact of the gas to be treated with the fog occurs through the slots in the zone of deceleration of the gas flow. Mass transfer in this zone is carried out by interdiffusion, which has an increased value due to pulsations in the flow. The surface of the mist droplets is so large that the condensation or absorption of vapors entering the interior of the ducts 2 occurs almost instantaneously. Because of this, there is a constant difference in the concentrations of vapors from outside and inside the ducts, which determines the enhanced diffusion of vapors from the zone of inhibition of the gas flow.
