Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике. Цель изобретени - отсечение цельного сформированного цилиндрического трансплантата от материнской кости. Инструментом работают следующим образом. После подготовки костной площадки устанавливают фрезу 2 и вращательными движени ми руко тки 1 ввод т ее на необходимую глубину. Затем отвинчивают гайку 13 и за счет давлени пружины 11 на шайбу 14 происходит постепенна подача рабочего конца 5 гибкого ножа 4 через прорезь 8 в полость фрезы 2. Вращательными движени ми ручки 1 производ т подсечение трансплантата на необходимой глубине, после чего его извлекают обратным движением фрезы. 2 ил.The invention relates to medical technology. Инструмент состоит из ручки 1, соединенной с полой фрезой 2 при помощи накидной гайки 3, и гибкого ножа 4 с боковыми гран ми и с заостренными, с двух сторон заточенным, изогнутым к продольной оси фрезы рабочим концом 5.
