Изобретение относитс к обогащению полезных ископаемых способом флотации, в частности к устройствам дл подготовки пульпы к процессу флотации, и может быть использовано при переработке рудного и нерудного сырь в химической промышленности .The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals by the flotation method, in particular, to devices for the preparation of pulp for the flotation process, and can be used in the processing of ore and non-metallic raw materials in the chemical industry.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение обработки пульпы и снижение удельных энергозатрат за счет оптимизации гидроди- намических условий контактировани .The aim of the invention is to increase the processing of the pulp and reduce the specific energy consumption by optimizing the hydrodynamic contact conditions.
FIG. 1 shows a device for contacting flotation pulp with reagents, vertical section; in fig. 2 - mixing device bottom view.
10.A device for contacting the flotation pulp with reagents consists of a cylindrical tank 1, inside of which shaft 2 is located. At the lower end of shaft 2, there is fixed a lower agitator 3 with inclined blades. Above it at a distance equal to 1 / 3-2 / 3 distance from the bottom 4 of the cylindrical tank 1 to the axis of the discharge pipe 5 located in the upper part of the tank 1, the upper agitator 6 is mounted on the shaft 2, made in the form of a ring 7, fixed using the spokes and sleeve 8 on the shaft, on the outer surface of which at an angle of 3-5 ° to the horizontal plane fixed blades. At the same time, the blades of the lower 3 and upper 6 agitators are tilted in opposite directions. Above the ring 7 of the upper agitator 6 in the upper part of the tank 1 there is a loading nozzle 9. On the inner surface of the cylindrical tank 1 there are vertically fixed calming plates 10.
The device for contacting the flotation pulp with reagents works as follows.
The original pulp through the loading pipe 9 enters the upper part of the tank 1, closer to its axis and. the passage through the ring 7 of the upper agitator 6 descends, then falls on the blades of the lower agitator 3. When the shaft 2 rotates, the blades of the lower agitator 3 inform the flow of the original pulp an additional acceleration directed to the bottom 4 of the tank 1. Reflecting from the bottom 4 of the tank 1, the pulp ascending flows rise along the wall of the tank 1 and are picked up by the blades of the upper mixer b, which makes it possible to involve relatively large particles of the solid phase of the pulp in the circulation process. Having risen to the surface, part of the pulp is discharged through the nozzle.
5, and its other part is directed to the axis of the tank 1 and again, together with the initial pulp, the ring 7 of the upper agitator 6 goes down to the bottom 4 of the tank 1. Thus, as a result of repeated circulation of the pulp flows covering its entire volume, its uniformity at any point of the tank 1, which contributes to the degree of processing of the pulp, its various fractions. The execution of the upper mixer b in the form of a ring 7 with spokes and blades helps to reduce the specific energy consumption for contacting the pulp due to the fact that it practically does not hinder the movement of downward pulp flows while simultaneously accelerating its ascending flows. Calming plates 10 brake t horizontal pulp flows and convert them to vertical.
When the blades of the upper mixer are inclined b less than 3 ° to the horizontal plane, not all large particles of the solid phase of the pulp can be directed upwards, and when they are inclined more than 5 ° to the horizontal plane, the energy consumption increases dramatically.
5.The distance between the upper 3 and lower b agitators should be as large as possible so that the circulation loop covers as much pulp volume as possible, and in addition, it must ensure that the large and large blades of the upper agitator pick up 6. The best contact results are achieved with the distance between the mixers 3 and 6, equal to 1/3 to 2/3 of the distance from the bottom 4 of the tank 1 to the axis of the discharge pipe 5.
