Description
This invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, steel for the production of wear-bearing components and parts subjected to impact-abrasive and hydro-abrasive wear, for example, armor plates, hammers, ball mill partitions and crushers.
1.The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength and ductility properties, toughness at temperatures up to (-) 60 ° C, hardness, surface hardening, impact-abrasive resistance, crack resistance during solidification and operation. The chemical composition of the steel is given in Table 1.
3.The mechanical and technological characteristics of the known and proposed steel are given in Table; 2. strength and plastic properties are given in table. 3
Mn:C:Cr:NI 10:1:1:1.As can be seen from the table. 2, the mechanical and technological characteristics of the proposed steel are higher than those of the known steel, with a significant increase in these values observed when the ratio of Mn: C: Cr: NI is 10: 1: 1: 1.
Comparative tests on strength and plastic properties showed
