Description
This invention relates to the preparation of epoxy binders for laminated plastics, mainly foiled fiberglass plastics used in radio engineering, the communications industry and other areas of technology in the manufacture of printed circuit boards, including multilayer, by the method of open contact pads and the method of pass-through metallization.
The aim of the invention is to reduce and stabilize the gel time of the binder, increase the stability of the linear dimensions and reduce the water absorption of the glass-reinforced plastics.
Example.
а). м 500-600 (маркаbut). Prepare an epoxy binder as follows. Load the estimated amount of epoxy resin heated to 800-100 ° C, mol.m. 500-600 (grade
140%.E-40 according to OST 6-10-416-77), load 60% organic solvent. Then download epoxy resin (molten), mol.m. 1400-1700 (brand E-23 according to TU 6-101886-83). Dissolving the resins is carried out with constant stirring at 80-100 ° C. After complete dissolution at 80-85 ° C, the amine hardener of the brand 3,3-dichloro-4.4-diaminodiphenylmethane is charged according to TU 6-14-980-84. The mixture is kept at 80-85 ° C for 2-3 hours. After that, the remaining amount of solvent 140% is introduced.
1.The formulation of epoxy binder in examples 1-4 are presented in table 1.
б). 40±5%b). Foil fiberglass is prepared as follows. Glass cloth is impregnated with epoxy resin (PA) by dipping (GOST 19907-83). Impregnated fiberglass containing 40 ± 5%

Пакет; облицованный с одной стороны медной электролитической гальваностойкой фольгой (ТУ 48-7-38-85), прессуют при 160±5° С и удельном давлении 30-40 кГс/см2 в течение 60 мин.epoxy binder, dried at 100-110 ° C for 10 minutes, then cut into sheets and collected in a bag (volatile content - not more than 1%). The number of sheets in the bag is determined by the required thickness of the plastic. Package; lined on one side with a copper electrolytic galvan-resistant foil (TU 48-7-38-85), pressed at 160 ± 5 ° С and specific pressure of 30-40 kgf / cm2 for 60 minutes.
2.The properties of the epoxy binder in examples 1-4, as well as foil-based glass fiber laminates based on it in comparison with the known technical solution are presented in table 2.
