Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано дл соединени трубопроводов, в частности работающих в услови х повышенной вибрации. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности при работе в услови х вибрации и уменьшение осевых габаритов. Соединение трубопроводов 1 и 2 содержит захваты 6, снабженные приводом, включающим муфту 7 и взаимодействующую с ней по резьбе "а" охватывающую втулку 8, установленную на трубопроводе 1 с возможностью продольного перемещени , на которой шарнирно размещены захваты 6 взаимодействующие с буртом 4 стыкуемого трубопровода 3. На наружной поверхности шарнирной части захватов 6 выполнены зубь 12, вход щие в зацепление с соответствующими проточками 13, выполненными на муфте 7 со стороны ее внутренней поверхности. Муфта 7 и первый трубопровод 1 дополнительно соединены посредством резьбового соединени "б", выполненного с направлением, соответствующим направлению резьбового соединени "а" муфты 7 с втулкой 8, но с меньшим по величине шагом. 2 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used to connect pipelines, in particular those operating under conditions of increased vibration.
