Description
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to erosion resistant steel used for work on wastewater containing hydrogen sulphide at high flow rates.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the erosion resistance in an aqueous medium containing hydrogen sulfide and chlorine ions.
The chemical composition of the alloys under study and their erosion resistance on wastewater containing hydrogen sulfide are given in the table. Heat treatment of experimental alloys is carried out according to the following mode: heating to 1050 ° C, air cooling; heating to 750 ° C. air cooling; aging at 450 ° C for 2-3 hours, air cooling. Erosion resistance tests are carried out at Bashneft fields, directly in reservoir wastewater containing hydrogen sulfide and chlorine ions. The pressure of the fluid washing the sample during the test.
