Description
Изобретение относитс к гранулированию сыпучих материалов и может быть использовановхимической , металлургической и других отрасл х промышленности .The invention relates to granulating granular materials and can be used in the chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of granulation.
The drawing shows the proposed rotor-blade granulator.
10.The rotary lobe granulator comprises a housing 1 in which a loading nozzle 2 and a nozzle 3 for exiting excess air are placed. Inside the housing 1, a shaft 4 is installed with mixing blades 5 in the shape of fingers and vortex-forming blades 6 made in the form of plates. The plates are installed at an angle of 20-70 ° to the horizontal axis with an inclination in the direction of rotation. If the installation angle of these blades is, for example, 19 °, they cannot function as an axial fan and form a fluidized bed over the whole body of the apparatus. If the inclination angle is, for example, 71 °, then they also cannot function as an axial fan and form a fluidized bed all over the body of the apparatus. At the lower end of the shaft 4, an elastic blade 7 is mounted. The bottom of the body 1 is made in the form of a grid 8. The gap between the blade 7 and the grid 8, which is made interchangeable, is set equal to the maximum allowable size of the granules. On the inner surface of the housing 1 between the blades 5 and 6, perforated tubes 9 for supplying air are radially arranged. Mixing and lamellar blades 5 and 6, as well as the inner surface of the housing 1 are lined with corundum ceramics 10.
ОABOUT
ON ГО О О ОON GO O O O O
The rotor-blade granulator works as follows.
9.The granulated powder is pre-mixed with the binder and fed through the loading nozzle 2 into the housing 1. In the housing 1 the granulated mixture is mixed with the air flow and is evenly distributed throughout the volume of the body due to the action of the blades 5. These blades move the granulated mixture down the screw line. The plates, which function as an axial fan, and the air entering through perforated tubes 9, create a fluidized bed in which the granulation process takes place. The finished product is removed from the body through the mesh 8. Granules with a size larger than allowable or are broken by a blade 7 or rubbed through the mesh 8. Powder particles that have not been granulated do not have the ability to fly out of the apparatus under the action of the air flow created by the blades 6 and air, entering through perforated tubes 9.
Thus, the proposed design of a rotary vane granulator allows to increase the efficiency of the process.
