The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in fodder production in the preparation of plant materials for feeding.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the target product.
The method is carried out as follows.
Обработанное сырье в автоклаве постепенно, неразгерметизиру ,Dry plant materials (hay, straw with a moisture content of 15 - 1.5%) are placed in an autoclave and poured with water in a ratio of 1: (10-13) by weight. Water must be distilled. The autoclave is closed, sealed and by heating to 120-160 ° C, the pressure is adjusted to 2-6 atm. After the required pressure is reached, the heating is turned off. The processed raw material in the autoclave gradually, unsealed,
Высушенный экстракт используют в качестве кормовой добавки при откорме сельскохоз йственных животных.cooled and when it reaches the ambient temperature at a constant volume, depressurization is carried out. The resulting product is subjected to pressing, thus dividing it into solid and liquid fractions. The solid fraction is used for animal feed. The liquid fraction is dried to 5 - 6% moisture. The dried extract is used as a feed additive for fattening of farm animals.
The resulting feed additive is used as follows.
Example. 7 groups of animals were formed, 5 animals in each Condition of Contents and feed starting materials were the same. Differences were observed only in the method of processing coarse vegetable feed.
О О Ю N vjAbout About Yu N vj
Жидкую составл ющую либо выливали прочь, либо использовали дл последующего замачивани .1 group of animals received coarse vegetable food, processed by a known method, i.e. the coarse feed was soaked in an autoclave (the ratio of dry feed and water was about 1: 2), subjected to hydrothermal treatment, then the feed was pressed and the solid component was used as food for livestock. The liquid component was either poured away or used for subsequent soaking.
2-6 groups of animals received coarse vegetable food, processed by the proposed method. The differences were expressed only in the values of the maximum temperatures to which they were heated by hydrobarothermal treatment. Namely, for animals of the second group, they were heated to 100 ° C, the third — 120 ° C, the fourth — 140 ° C, the fifth — 160 ° C, the sixth — 180 ° C. Upon reaching the set temperature, the chamber was not depressurized, the heating was turned off, the product was slowly cooled to ambient temperature, after which the depressurization was performed, the solid fraction was pressed out and used as feed. The liquid fraction was dried at 5-6% moisture and thus obtained a dry extract, which was used as a feed additive. They gave her animals either with the main food or with drinking.
Group 7 animals received coarse plant food, heated during hydrobaro-thermal processing up to 140 ° C. This method differs from the proposed one in that when it reaches 140 ° C, the cooling was carried out not slowly in a sealed chamber, but very quickly by instant depressurization. Then, the solid fraction was used for animal feed, and the liquid, as in the previous case, was dried to obtain an extract and used as a feed additive.
(1:5, 1:9, 1:10, 1:13, 1:14, 1:20).Coarse plant food for animals of groups 2-7 before hydro-thermal treatment was poured with water in various ratios of dry food and water (1: 5, 1: 9, 1:10, 1:13, 1:14, 1:20).
For different ratios of dry food and water, as well as for different modes of hydrobaro-thermal processing, different yields of the feed additive (from 1 kg of dry raw material) and different average daily weight gain of the animal were obtained. The table shows the average daily weight gain in terms of 1 animal. The experience lasted 100 fattening days.
From the table it is seen that the highest rates of weight gain refer to animals that were given the feed additive obtained by the proposed hydrobaro-thermal treatment method, in accordance with which they take raw material with water in a ratio of 1: (10-13) by weight, they are treated until reaching. temperatures of 120 - 160 ° C. At the same time, the pressure in the chamber rises to 2-6 atm. Then, without depressurizing the chamber, turn off the heating, cooling the resulting product to ambient temperature. After this, the depressurization is carried out, the product is divided into
5 solid and liquid fractions, the liquid fraction is evaporated to 5-6% moisture. The extract obtained is used as a feed additive. These modes are optimal for obtaining a product.

5 Strict adherence to processing technology, in particular, cooling in a sealed chamber to ambient temperature, provides a high biological activity of the obtained product, o
е. кормовую добавку получают в таком же количестве, как и при номинальном предлагаемом режиме, а среднесуточный привес не увеличиваетс (такой же, как и без кормовой добавки,0 as evidenced by the increase in average daily weight gain. In the case of depressurization immediately after heating without prior slow cooling, the extract loses its biological activity, i.e. the feed additive is obtained in the same amount as in the nominal mode proposed, and the average daily weight gain does not increase (the same as without the feed additive,

табл., графы 13 и 14).Increasing the temperature to 180 ° C when processing the raw material does not reduce the quality of the extract, but does not increase its biological activity (see table, columns 13 and 14).

п.п. 7 и 8).0 processes on distilled water and ordinary water with hardness salts. It turned out that the presence of hardness salts reduces the yield of the feed additive and the average daily weight gain compared with the indicators obtained by using distilled water (see tab. Items 7 and 8).
The use of the proposed method of obtaining a feed additive provides an increase in the biological activity of the feed, which leads to a significant increase in the average daily weight gain.
