Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области испытани материалов, а именно к устройствам дл определени прочности сцеплени покрытий с основным материалом. Цель изобретени - повышение точности испытаний. Устройство содержит цилиндрический блок 1 с отверсти ми и продольным пазом, в которых размещены соответственно цилиндрические штифты и упорна рейка 6. Штифты зафиксированы стопорными винтами 5, а упорна рейка накрыта защитной планкой 9. Нижние части штифтов и отверстий блока выполнены с коническим сопр жением 10, причем рабоча часть штифтов выполнена меньшего диаметра, чем их тело. Вращением штифтов осуществл ют притирку сопр жений, креп т упорную рейку и фиксируют штифты стопорными винтами, после чего устанавливают защитную планку и шлифуют цилиндрическую поверхность блока. После нанесени газотермического покрыти снимают рейку и планку и приложением нагрузки к штифтам, определ ют усилие отрыва покрыти от основного материала.The invention relates to the field of testing materials, namely, devices for determining the adhesion strength of coatings with a base material. By rotating the pins, the matings are lapped, the thrust rail is fixed and the pins are fixed with retaining screws, then a protective bar is installed and the cylindrical surface of the block is polished. After applying the thermal coating, the rail and bar are removed and the load is applied to the pins, and the pull-off force of the coating from the base material is determined.
