Abstract
The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the hydrometallurgical processing of sulphide materials containing non-ferrous metals and iron oxides. The purpose of the invention is to increase the use of sulfur dioxide and reduce environmental pollution. Sulfide material containing non-ferrous metals and iron oxides is leached with sulfur dioxide or its containing gas initially at a flow rate of 2.0-2.5 kg / kg of iron that has gone into solution, and then reduces the flow rate to 0.5-1.5- kg after transfer to a solution of 70-90% iron oxide. A reduction in gas consumption can be achieved by additionally introducing the starting material in an amount of 6-20 wt.%. 1 tab

The purpose of the invention is to increase the use of sulfur dioxide.
П р и м е р 1. PRI me R 1. Pulp serosulfide concentrate (, 5), containing in solid,%: Nickel 5,7; copper 1; iron 19.3 (including oxide 12.0 and sulfur 45.6 (including element 38.7), in the amount of 1.5 liters poured into a sealed reactor and treated with sulfur dioxide at 95 with intensive stirring -98 ° C for 1 hour. Sulfur dioxide is fed through a tube placed under the stirrer at a rate of 1 l / min. The transition of iron into solution from the initial total is 59.9% from oxide 100%. The degree of use of sulfur dioxide is 96% It is determined by the amount of sulfur dioxide captured by sodium hydroxide and referred to the total consumption while achieving the same iron transition in the races thief.
Содержание S02 в отход щем газе (аб- газе) 94% (таблица, опыт 1).The content of S02 in the exhaust gas (gas) is 94% (table, experiment 1).
17%.In experiment 2, the treatment was carried out similarly to experiment 1 for 30 minutes The degree of use increased to 91% with a decrease in the transfer of iron into solution. Sulfur dioxide content in exhaust gas is 17%.
П р и м е р 2. пример 1) обрабатывают при 95-98°С в течение 40 мин при скорости подачи диоксида серы (-400%) 1 л/мин (расход 2,5 кг/кг Fe).EXAMPLE 2 A serosulphide concentrate pulp (see example 1) is treated at 95-98 ° C for 40 minutes at a feed rate of sulfur dioxide (-400%) 1 l / min (flow rate 2.5 kg / kg Fe).
3).Then reduce the speed, 7 l / min and process for 20 minutes (experiment 3).

In experiments 4-6, the treatment is carried out similarly to experiment 3, changing the duration of treatment to 10, 30, 40 minutes in the second stage. Experiments 7-11 performed similarly to experiments 3-6, but reduce the feed rate of sulfur dioxide to 0.3, 0.2 and 0.1 l / min.
П р и м е р 3. A serosulphide concentrate pulp (see example 1) is treated at 95-98 ° C for 1 hour. After the treatment, the initial concentrate in the amount of 5% of the initial concentrate is injected into the pulp and for 15 min (experiment 12).
15-30%.In experiments 13-15, the treatment was carried out similarly to experiment 12 with the exception of feeding the source material into the processed pulp in the experiment 13-10%, in the experiment 14-20%, in the experiment 15-30%.
The results of the experiments are presented in the table.
Из данных таблицы видно, что обработ- ка материала диоксидом серы при изменении скорости его подачи после перевода в раствор 60-80% оксидного железа как и введение в обработанную пульпу исходного материала позвол ют повысить степень ис- From the data in the table it can be seen that treating the material with sulfur dioxide when changing its feed rate after transferring 60-80% iron oxide into the solution, as well as introducing the raw material into the processed pulp, will increase the degree of
пользовани диоксида серы при достижении показателей обработки, полученных по известному способу.the use of sulfur dioxide in the achievement of processing indicators obtained by a known method.
Thus, the proposed method allows more than 10% increase in the use of sulfur dioxide and reduce its release to the environment.
