Изобретение относитс  к техническим средствам тренировки спортсменов в беге и может быть использовано в тренировке спортсменов .The invention relates to the technical means of training athletes in running and can be used in training athletes.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of training in endurance running by increasing the efficiency of running by using the energy recovery in the athlete's lower limbs.

The drawing shows a block diagram of a device for training athletes in running and a scheme for placing the device on an athlete's body.

The device consists of an elastic element 1, made of rubber, which has a stress effect, a measuring device -discriminator 2, an electrostimulator 3 with electrostimulation electrodes 4, a first support arm 5, mounted in a knee-belt b, a plate 7 with straps for its attachment 8 a second support arm 9 and means for adjusting the length of the elastic element 1 consisting of an adjusting nut 10 for measuring the length of the elastic element and a threaded hollow stud for fastening and adjusting the elastic element.

The electrostimulator 3 and the discriminator meter 2 are secured with a belt in the area according to the sportsman’s fighter’s pair.

The device works as follows.

Синхронно с этим в фазе активного отталкивани  при сокращении упругого элемента 1 измен етс  его электрическое сопротивление R, это изменение R измер етс  и сравниваетс  с заданным значением измерителем-дискриминатором 2, и при достижении заданного значени  R на выходе дискриминатора вырабатываетс  импульс управлени , запускающий электростимул тор 3, который подает на электроды 4 стимулирующий электрический сигнал, вызывающий дополнительное сокращение мышцы, что обеспечивает дополнительное возрастание силы отталкивани .In the process of running in the phase of setting the foot on the support, the elastic element 1 is stretched, accumulating the energy of elastic defraction. In the phase of active repulsion from the support, the elastic element 1 is reduced in length, giving away the energy accumulated in the previous phase to the foot, thereby enhancing the effect of the athlete's interaction with the support and facilitating the execution of the tibia in the thigh. Synchronously with this, in the phase of active repulsion, when the elastic element 1 is reduced, its electrical resistance R changes, this change R is measured and compared with the set value by discriminator meter 2, and when the set value R is reached, a control pulse is generated at the output of the discriminator 3, which provides a stimulating electrical signal to the electrodes 4, causing an additional contraction of the muscle, which provides an additional increase in repulsive force.

Thus, the proposed device allows to sum up two effects in the phase of pushing the athlete away from the support - the 1st effect of energy recovery in an elastic

элементе (эффект искусственной дополнительной мышцы) и 2-й эффект, обусловленный дополнительным рекрутированием мышечных волокон мышц голени под воздействием электростимул ции.element (the effect of artificial additional muscle) and the 2nd effect, due to the additional recruitment of muscle fibers of the leg muscles under the influence of electrical stimulation.
