Abstract

Изобретение относитс к лесохоз йст- венному производству, в частности к устройствам дл расчистки полос, корчевки пней и устройств террас на вырубках. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности и качества работы. Террасер-корчева- тель состоит из секционного отвала, одна секци 4 которого жестко св зана с толкающей рамой 3, а друга 5 - шарнирно. Один из брусьев 10 толкающей рамы 3 соединен с секцией 4 с помощью шарового шарнира 11 и гидроцилиндра 12, который соединен параллельно с гидросистемой механизма привода подвижной секции 5 отвала посредством крана 13. При установке крана 13 в положение I происходит перекос отвала, при котором подвижна секци 5 опускаетс (на корчевке крупных пней), а неподвижна 4 поднимаетс . При расчистке полос взаимное положение секций мен етс . При терассировании .перекос отвала позвол ет обеспечить лучшее зарезание рабочего органа в грунт. 3 ил. Террасер-корчеватель состоит из трактора 1, имеющего гидроцилиндры 2 подъема-опускани , толкающей рамы 3. Отвал выполнен из двух секций: неподвижной 4 и подвижной 5. Подвижна секци 5 снабжена раскалывающим 6, подрезающим 7 ножами и корчующим зубом 8. На толкающей раме установлен механизм привода по движного отвала 9. В результате поворота и подъема секции 5 происходит раскалывание пн ножом 6 и извлечение части пн или выкорчевывание целого пн . При этом опорой служат по мере перекоса отвала сначала толкающа рама 3, а затем - неподвижна секци 4.
