Изобретение относитс к сельскому и лесному производству, в частности, к устройству дл расчистки полос, корчевки пней и устройству террас на вырубках. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности корчевки и расчистки. Подвижна секци 5 отвала снабжена раскалывающим и подрезающим ножами, корчующим зубом, установленным в плоскости подрезающего ножа и под углом к раскалывающему. Корпус одного гидроцилиндра соединен с верхней частью подвижной секции, другой установлен на передней части рамы. Штоки гидроцилиндров шарнирно соединены с т гой, второй конец которой установлен на толкающей раме. Штокова полость одного гидроцилиндра соединена с поршневой полостью другого гидроцилиндра. Подвижна секци отвала опускаетс относительно неподвижной секции 4 отвала.
