Abstract

FIELD: agricultural microbiology. SUBSTANCE: strain is prepared by stabilizing selection from monospore sowing of natural isolate isolated from the peach aphid. Selection is carried out by character of isolate toxin-formation of this fungus under condition submerged cultivation. Strain is deposited in Collection of Pure Cultures in VNII Plant Protection at N 18. The yield of endotoxin by the strain is ± mcg/g biomass, or as measured for 1 ml nutrient medium - 797.3 mcg/ml on medium containing soybean flour (1%), glucose (6%) and water - the rest. The yield of endotoxin in the known strain 35-MP is + mcg/g and 198.2 mcg, respectively. EFFECT: preparing new strain of fungus indicated above, increased yield of toxin. 6 tbl
