Abstract
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electrical engineering in the manufacture and repair of Koreas, for example, traction motors of locomotives. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the core by maintaining the tension of the turns of the bandage. To do this, the metal tape is heated in measles in an inductor to the binder softening temperature, which is pressed out during winding. Further operations preserve the tension of the entire band. 2 Il.
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electrical engineering in the manufacture and repair of Koreas, for example, traction motors of locomotives.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the core by maintaining the tension of the turns of the bandage.
1.FIG. 1 shows the process of fastening the frontal winding parts; figure 2 is a view along arrow A in figure 1.
The winding of the core bar 1 is carried out on a bandaging machine 2, on which coils 3, 4, 5 with ribbons are installed in a plane perpendicular to the core axis. On the coils .3 and 5 the glass tape 6 is wound, on the coil 4 - metal tape 7. The tape 7 passes through the inductor 8, allowing it to be heated to the temperature necessary for softening the binder (resin), squeezing it out due to the tension of the tapes and
The tape winding along the length of the frontal parts 9 of the core 1 is made with a step smaller than half the difference in width of the layers of glass-tape and metal tape, and the glass-tape bandage is tensioned according to technical requirements depending on the magnitude of the centrifugal force. The heated metal tape is placed with a force that ensures its uniform positioning between the layers of glass tape (the drive mechanism for moving and tensioning the tape is not shown). Before the end of the winding, the steel strip 7 is cut off, continuing to wind the layers of glass tapes until the outer surface of the bandage is made cylindrical. The coiled bark enters the oven, where it is heated to the gluing temperature of the layers of glass tape between them and the final baking until the bandage is completely cured.

Heating the metal tape 7 between glass tapes helps soften the binder (resin) and squeeze it out of glass tape, which helps to preserve the tension of the tape during subsequent operations, since during the subsequent heat treatment the bandage does not release any binder from the glass tape.
