Abstract

Изобретение относитс к пищевой промышленности . Целью изобретени вл етс интенсификаци процесса прессовани , повышение производительности и улучшение качества получаемого сусла. Устройство состоит из корпуса 1, приемного бункера 2, перфорированного кожуха, состо щего из двух цилиндрических участков 3. 5, соединенных коническим переходным участком 4, прессующего шнека 6, установленного в кожухе , запорного механизма 7, привода 8 поступательного перемещени шнека 6 и привода 9 его вращени . В зоне конического переходного участка 4 между прессующим шнеком 6 и запорным механизмом 7 установлена коническа вставка 11, котора крепитс к перфорированному кожуху радиальными пластинами дл рассечени потока сырь , а на начальных витках прессующего шнека 6 выполнены клиновидные уступы, представл ющие собой призму, в основании которой находитс пр моугольный треугольник и грань которой, соответствующа наименьшему катету, направлена в сторону выхода сырь . 1 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to the food industry. A device for extracting wort from plant materials, consisting of a housing, a receiving hopper, a perforated casing made of two cylindrical sections connected by a tapered transition section, mounted with the possibility of reciprocating movement, in the casing of the screw, reciprocating movement and rotation drives auger and locking mechanism, characterized by the fact that. in order to intensify the pressing process, increase productivity and improve the quality of the resulting wort, in the perforated casing between the screw and the locking mechanism on the conical transitional section, a conical insert is installed with the tip facing the flow of raw materials, which is attached to the perforated casing by radial plates serving to cut the flow of raw materials, and on wedge-shaped ledges are made on both sides of the screw auger, representing a prism with a rectangular triangle at the base, the face of which d, corresponding to a smaller leg, is directed towards the exit of raw materials.
