Abstract

The invention relates to power engineering and can be applied in power plants installed on stable ice fields or icebergs and converting ocean thermal energy into electrical energy. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the installation in any orientation. Pairs of low boiling working fluid come from steam generator 1 to steam superheater 7, where they are sequentially heated in collector 11, pipes 10, collector 12, pipes 13 and collector collector 14 in direct sunlight, as well as reflected from ice surface of iceberg 6 and internal surfaces heat transfer plates 9, thus freeing up liquid droplets before entering the turbine. 3 il.
