Abstract
Изобретение относитс к способам напр жени арматуры при изготовлении предварительно напр женных железобетонных изделий. Цель изобретени - повышение качества железобетонных изделий за счет обеспечени одинакового нат жени всех арматурных стержней . Способ предварительного напр жени арматуры железобетонных изделий заключаетс в следующем. В формы 3 укладывают арматурные стержни 4, между подвижными упорами 1 и 2 устанавливают разное рассто ние, при этом рассто ние между анкерными головками напр гаемых стержней также принимаетс разным. При групповом нат жении механизмом одновременно всех стержней 5 с .заданным усилием Р сначала выбирают зазоры, но т.к. у каждого стержн эти зазоры разные, то и сте;- пень нат жени , а следовательно, и предварительное напр жение каждого стержн разные, что приводит к резкому снижению качества железобетонных изделий. Чтобы получить одинаковую степень нат жени , необходимо выбрать технологические зазоры, а .потом производить групповое нат жение всех стержней.
