The invention relates to heat insulating building materials and can be used in the production of heat insulating materials, in particular heat insulated structures of increased factory readiness, containing a layer of mineral wool insulation with a protective polymer coating.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality due to the increase in strength, the expansion of the field of application and the improvement of the atmosphere resistance.
Figure 1 shows the proposed product; figure 2 - the same, with a metal coating.
The heat insulating product contains a layer 1 of fibrous heat insulating material, for example, from a mineral wool carpet, a reinforcing layer 2, for example made of fiberglass, and a protective polymeric coating 3. The fibrous layer 1 and the reinforcing layer
4. layer 2 is connected by stitching threads 4.
The heat insulating product is made as follows.
A mineral wool carpet is fed from the fiber deposition chamber of the processing line, onto which a glass fiber reinforcing layer is applied, and then jointly fed to a piercing machine, where it is joined under the sealing load with piercer threads. Then, polymeric material in the form of granules is applied on the surface of the reinforcing layer, after which, subjecting it to temperature, the protective coating layer is melted. Cooling, the freshly bonded material is firmly connected to the reinforcing layer, while fixing the piercing threads.

мата, которые подают на рулонирование или пакетирование.mats that are fed to roll or pack.
The offered products are characterized by a reliable and durable connection of the heat-insulating layer with a protective-covering layer with simultaneous hardening of the entire product due to the intermediate reinforcing layer, as well as the inadmissibility of the pierced seams due to their fixation with a polymeric material.
In addition, the proposed products are characterized by significantly greater strength, since when an effort is made to tear the covering layer, the load is perceived by the piercing threads, and the thermally insulating fibrous material undergoes compressive stress (rather than rupture, as in the well-known product). At the same time, the efforts required to detach the cover layer from the heat insulating layer are determined by the strength of the stitching threads and amount to 100-300 kg / m2, which is predetermined by the interrelated work of all layers of such a product as a whole.
The increase in the strength of the coating itself is explained by the presence of a reinforcing base, i.e. plates mat), which, together with the polymer layer provide enhanced strength characteristics of the resulting protective coating material.
Technical and economic benefits from the use of the invention are to provide the possibility of using the products of high quality ready-to-use readiness, allowing to increase the performance of heat installation works and reduce material losses during processing.
4.The metal-insulated heat insulating product (FIG. 2) contains a layer of fibrous material 1, for example, of a polycarbonate mat, a reinforcing layer 2, for example of fiberglass, a protective polymeric coating or an adhesive 3 and a metallic coating 5. The fibrous layer 1 and the reinforcing layer 2 are connected by connecting threads 4.
In the manufacture of a thermally insulated product with a metallic coating, a mineral wool carpet is fed from the fiber deposition chamber of the production line, to which
накладывают с одной или двух сторон армирующий слой, например из стеклоткани , после чего их совместно подают в прошивочную машину, где соедин ют подimpose a reinforcing layer on one or two sides, for example fiberglass, after which they are jointly fed to a piercing machine, where they are joined under
Then, polymeric material in the form of granules, for example, from a secondary polymeric material, is applied to the surface of the reinforcing layer, after which, subjecting it to
температурному воздействию, расплавл ют , а затем на всю поверхность нанос т дублирующий слой из атмосферостойкого металлического материала, например из фольги на основе алюминиевых сплавов поthermal impact, melt, and then a duplicate layer of weather-resistant metallic material, for example, foil based on aluminum alloys, is applied over the entire surface.
TU 36-1177-77. When cooled, the polymeric material is firmly connected to the reinforcing layer and the backing coating, fixing this thread through the thread.
In this case, the polymeric material performs the function of an adhesive, which provides a connection between the backup coating and the pre-joined mini-carpet and a reinforcing layer.
After the polymer has cured, the resulting material is cut into articles of a given format and fed to subsequent rolling or packaging.
The resulting thermal insulation products are characterized by increased weathering and a wider field of application, since they can be used for thermal insulation of equipment and pipelines both indoors and outdoors.
The technical and economic effect of the use of the invention is achieved by saving reinforcing (covering) material.
