Abstract
14зобретение относитс к сельскому хоз йству и может быть применено при автоматизации орошени многоопорными дождевальными машинами (ДМ) фронтального действи типа Кубань. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности работы и снижение трудоемкости эксплуатации машин . Система дождевани включает многоопорные дождевальные машины 1 с электроприводом, основным 4 и вакуумным 5 насосами и подсистемой подачи электроэнергии , состо щей из трансформаторной подстанции 40, питающего подземного кабел 39 и раздаточных колонок 28, снабжена дополнительно двум токосьемными каретками 16. Последние снабжены электроприводами с электромагнитными муфтами и движутс по направл ющим 34. к которым на определенном рассто нии креп тс раздаточные колонки 28 с основными и дополнительными контактными щетками. Каретки 16 имеют основные и управл ющие шины, контактирующие с щетками и св занные при помощи магнитного пускател с гибким кабелем. Кабель закреплен в кольцах 9, скольз щих по тросу 10, св зывающему каретки 16 с лебедкой 11, расположенной на машине 1. В процессе движени машины 1 задн каретка 16 находитс в фиксированном положении над колонкой 28, а передн каретка 16 движетс со скоростью, в 2 раза большей скорости машины 1. При нахождении машины 1 в центре между колонками 28 передн каретка 16 фиксируетс над колонкой 28, а трос наматываетс на лебедку 11, подт гива каретку 16 к машине 1, 4 ил. kThe invention relates to agriculture and can be used to automate irrigation with multi-support frontal sprinkling machines (DM) of the Kuban type.
