Description
The invention relates to building materials that may be used in the construction of pavements for playing sports grounds, such as tennis courts, of prefabricated elements.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the manufacture and increase the performance of the coating.
Сооружение покрыти сводитс к укладке слоев заводского изготовлени .The proposed coating makes it possible to exclude from the technological process of erecting the covering of athletic fields the laborious and complex operation of constructing a traditional foundation for a covering associated with a large amount of earthwork, transportation, laying and compaction of sand and rubble. The construction of the coating is reduced to the laying of factory-made layers.
Along with this, the proposed coating allows refusing the arrangement of drainage systems. This is due to the fact that
Listirol with a density of 10-40 kg / m
The lower layer of the structure performs the function of a water-intercepting material and creates conditions for reliable isolation of the coating from groundwater.
The use of bottomless foam polystyrene in the lower layer leads to a decrease in the strength properties of the coating, and a higher density is not advisable for economic reasons.
The middle layer of the coating, providing the necessary strength properties to the coating as a whole, is characterized by a certain level of plastic properties, which make it possible to create, in combination with the upper polymer film layer, a single system that provides optimal conditions for the athlete to interact with the surface of the coating. The use of an extruded polystyrene foam with a density of less than 100 kg / m3 in the middle layer does not provide the necessary strength to the coating, and more than 200 kg / m will lead to unjustified

удорожанию покрыти из-за перерасхода полистирола.increased cost of coating due to polystyrene overrun.
В обоих случа х могут быть использованы известные композиции, обеспечивающие функции декоративно-защитного элемента покрыти .When constructing the proposed coating, the ratio of the thickness of the middle and lower layers should be 1: (2-5), respectively. It is in this range that the waterproofing and physicomechanical properties of the coating as a whole are achieved in the complex. The upper layer, depending on the functional purpose, location of the site, can be made of individual polymers or of filled compositions based on them. In both cases, known compositions can be used that provide the functions of a decorative protective coating element.
Пенополистирол дл нижнего и среднего слоев используетс в виде крупноразмерных плит заводского изготовлени , что гарантирует простоту сборки элементов покрыти .The proposed coating can be recommended for sports facilities of mass purpose in various regions of the country. Expanded polystyrene for the lower and middle layers is used in the form of large-sized factory-made plates, which ensures ease of assembly of the coating elements.
The drawing shows the coating design.
On the subgrade 1, there is a lower layer of coating 2 made of non-foam polystyrene with an average density of 10-40 kg / m3, above it is a layer 3 of press expanded polystyrene with a density of 100-200 kg / m3 and an upper polymer layer 4. At the site of the erection of the coating vegetation cover, level the soil, thus preparing the base 1, then lay a layer 2 of large-sized elements of bespressovy expanded polystyrene, welding the plates between them along the joints, then lay the elements of the middle layer 3, also Ying plates thermally. The decorative protective layer 4 is formed on the surface of the extruded polystyrene foam by uniformly distributing the predominantly liquid compositions by any known method, for example, pneumatic spraying. The thickness of the upper layer can vary from 1 to 6 mm. The upper polymer layer is applied at the site of the site, preferably on the elements of polystyrene foam in the factory.
