Abstract
The invention relates to cardiac surgery and pulmonary circulation and can be used to treat heart failure. The purpose of the invention is to create the possibility of a directed blood flow. The method is carried out by dissecting the distal end of the musculo-aponeurotic flap so that the caudal part is no more than 1/3 of the cranial part, and fixation around the aorta is carried out by pulling only the caudal part. 1 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к медицине, в частности к кардиохирургии и вспомогательному кровообращению, и может быть использовано дл лечени сердечной недостаточности .The invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiac surgery and ancillary circulation, and can be used to treat heart failure.
The purpose of the invention is to create the possibility of a directed blood flow.
Example. A mongrel dog weighing 21 kg under general anesthesia with artificial ventilation of the lungs was isolated and an economical flap was mobilized from the left rectus abdominis muscle on the proximal pedicle. The flap is moved to the left pleural cavity through the thoracotomic incision in 6 intercostal space. The descending part of the thoracic aorta, on which the effector is shaped in the form of the proposed double oblique loop model, is highlighted. The distal end of the muscular aponeurotic flap is dissected in such a way that the caudal em part is,. 1/3 cranial, while fixing the flap around the aorta is carried out by pulling the caudal portion. A canister is installed to measure the force of the action of the counterpulsator on the recipient portion of the aorta. The electrodes are implanted, the ends of which are connected to the electrostimulator. Polygraph Salute recorded AD, LVL, CVP, LPD. ECG, electrostimulation (ES) and pressure in the cartridge (DB), Coronary blood flow (CK) was determined radiologically Xe

Heart failure (CH) was modeled by ligating the branch of the left coronary artery.
The experiment lasted 3 hours. Electrodiflexiveness of running packs of bi-phase rectangular pulses was carried out in the counterpulsatory (KP) mode.
1 : 1.ES parameters: delay from R 200 ms at R-R 840 ms ;. burst duration 120 ms; pulse duration 1 ms; the number of pulses is 3.5 (30 Hz); the amplitude of the pulses is 16 V and the synchronization ratio is 1: 1.
The results of the experiment are given in the table.
