Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению , и может найти применение, в частности , в сверлильных станках. Цель изобретени - обеспечение быстродействи зажима за счет использовани магнитных сил. Стол состоит из основани 1, закрепленного на сверлильном станке, промежуточной плиты 2 и верхней плиты 3. На плите 3 выполнены Т-образные пазы дл закреплени обрабатываемой детали. В плите 2 выполнено сквозные окно, в котором установлена электромагнитна катушка 11 с сердечником 12. Торцы сердечника 12 совпадают с опорными поверхност ми плиты 2. Основание 1,плиты 2 и 3, сердечник 12 выполнены из ферромагнитного материала. При совмещении оси обрабатываемого отверсти детали с осью шпиндел станка включаетс электромагнитна катушка 11. Магнитный поток, замыка сь через плиты 3 и 2, основание 1 и сердечник 12, прит гивает плиту 3 к плите 2, а плиту 2 к основанию. В этом положении обрабатывают отверстие детали. После отключени катушки 11 между стыковочными поверхност ми основани 1, плит 2 и 3 по вл етс зазор. 3 ил. Magnetic flux, closed through plates 3 and 2, base 1 and core 12, attracts plate 3 to plate 2 and plate 2 to the base. In this position, the hole is machined.
