Abstract
The invention relates to the production of foamed plasticized compositions based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) used in the manufacture of shock-absorbing and heat-insulating materials used in aircraft, ship and automobile engineering. The invention makes it possible to reduce the apparent density of polyvinyl chloride by a factor of 1.5 to 5 while maintaining its physicomechanical properties and reducing the cost of the composition. The composition contains, in mag.%: PVC 50.0-58.0, as an activator of pore formation - urea 1.1-2.4 and chalk 5.5-12.0, dibutylphthalate 13.7-17.0; tricresyl phosphate 13.7 - 17.0; the blowing agent is achodicarbon-amide 2.8-6.6. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the production of polystyrene, in particular, elastic polyvinyl chloride with a closed chevy structure, which can be used in the aircraft, ship and automotive industry and in everyday life as a cushioning and heat insulating material.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of the composition and to obtain from a more flexible foam polyvinyl chloride with a uniform finely cellular structure.
The composition includes the following components: emulsion polyvinyl chloride brand E-6250IV (PVC), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), tricresyl phosphate (TCP), azodicarbonamide (4X3-21), urea, and natural chalk.
Example. In the mixer with a stirrer load at the rate of 20 kg the right amount of DV, TKF, porophore CHH-21 and urea. The contents in the mixer are stirred for 1.5-2 hours until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. Through a sieve of not more than P 1, PVC and chalk are loaded into the mixer. Stirring is continued for 2.5 hours until a homogeneous pressing mass is obtained. Throughout the entire mixing cycle, the mass temperature was maintained at 15-25 ° C. After a 12-hour exposure (aging) at 15–25 ° C from 1 composition, rectangular plates (blanks) are pressed: first at 165 ± 15 ° C, specific pressure 12.0–13.0 MPa (120–130 mg / cm) pressure gauge
25.0-35.0 MPa (250-320 kg / cm Y for 10-40 min, and then they are cooled at the same pressure to a temperature not higher than 30 ° C for 20-40 min. Compressed billets are laid into cassettes that are placed in a heated water bath and foaming the workpieces at 87 + 9 ° C for 20-50 minutes. Apparent density, deflection, volume shrinkage, water absorption are determined in accordance with the standard (Cells) are determined by a known method.
