The device works as follows.
Перед измерением преобразователь 2 шумов Баркгаузена устанавливаетс на поверхность издели ,С блока 1 перемагничивани через блок 9 управлени током перемагничивани на обмотку 12 перемег- ничивани подают переменный ток низкой частоты (8 - 40 Гц).Before measuring, the Barkhausen noise transducer 2 is installed on the surface of the product. From the remagnetization unit 1, the alternating current control unit 9 is applied to the biasing winding 12 for alternating current of low frequency (8-40 Hz).
Переменное магнитное поле, создаваемое преобразователем, вызывает перестройку доменной структуры в ферромагнитном материале основы контролируемого объекта, Возникающие при этом скачки намагниченности (шумы Баркгаузена ) навод т в измерительной обмотке 3 преобразовател ЭДС, которую выдел ют фильтром 4 верхних частот, усиливают усилителем 5 магнитных шумов Баркгаузена и подают на вход блока 6 измерени .The alternating magnetic field created by the transducer causes a rearrangement of the domain structure in the ferromagnetic base material of the object being monitored. The resulting magnetization jumps (Barkhausen noise) induce EMF in the measuring winding 3 of the converter, which is extracted by the 4 high-frequency filter and amplified by 5 Barkhausen magnetic noise and is fed to the input of the measurement unit 6.
The acoustic noise arising from the restructuring of the domain structure is converted into electrical signals by an electro-acoustic transducer 7, amplified by Barkhausen’s acoustic noise amplifier 8 and fed to the second input of the measurement unit 6. The signal of magnetic noise Barkgauzen from the first input of block 6 is fed to the first input of the meter 16 time intervals. From the first input of block 6, the Barkhausen magnetic noise signal is fed to the input of the bandpass filter 13, which separates the band from the signal spectrum
Кроме того, сигнал магнитных шумов Баркгаузена UB и сигнал акустических шумовthe intensity of the noise in which it is most closely correlated with the controlled parameter of the ferromagnetic material, and serves to the input of the meter 14 signal intensity. The signal of acoustic noise Barkgauzena enters the second meter 15 signal intensity. In addition, the Barkhausen UB magnetic noise signal and the acoustic noise signal
Barkhausen UBA arrive at the first and second inputs of the meter 16 time intervals.
The signal of acoustic noise Barkgauzen from the output of the amplifier 5 magnetic noise
Barkhausen is fed to the input of the comparator unit 10, to the second input of which a reference signal from the source 11 of the reference signal is supplied. Comparison unit 10 operates as follows. When the intensity of the Barkgausen magnetic noise signal is lower relative to the intensity of the reference signal, the comparator unit 10 sends to the magnetization reversal current control unit 9 a command to increase the magnetization reversal current and
наоборот, при большей интенсивности сигнала магнитных шумов Баркгаузена относительно интенсивности опорного сигнала блок 10 сравнени подает на блок 9 управлени током перемегничивани командуon the contrary, at higher intensity of the Barkhausen magnetic noise signal relative to the intensity of the reference signal, the comparator block 10 sends a command to the block 9 for the control of the restraining current
уменьшить ток перемагничивани .reduce the reversal current.
The intensity of the magnetic Gausen noise characterizes the process of reorientation of the domains during the magnetization reversal of the ferromagnetic material. The same process is the cause of the acoustic noise of Barkhausen, which is due to their intensity for each particular material.
Таким образом, стабилизаци интенсивности магнитных шумов Баркгаузена приводит к стабилизации и акустических шумов, чем достигаетс уменьшение вли ни мешающих факторов на достоверность контрол .Thus, stabilization of the magnetic noise intensity of Barkhausen leads to stabilization and acoustic noise, thus reducing the influence of interfering factors on the reliability of the control.
