Abstract

The invention makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of training beginner swimmers. The method of training is that the swimmer is placed in water with elastic straps attached along its sides, which bind from the swimmer to the outer sides of the feet. The legs end in loops tightly covering the feet in the ascent, and the straps fixing the size of the loop are located on the outside of the foot. 1 il.

Description

The invention relates to physical culture and sports and can be used for beginner swimmers.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of training.

The drawing shows a device for implementing the proposed training method.

The method of training consists in the fact that the swimmer is placed in water with elas- tic links 1 pre-fixed along its sides. One ends of the hook are connected to cod 3 of the swimmer by means of rings 2, and loops 4 are formed at the other ends. Figure 5. Loops 4 serve to place a swimmer's feet. The length of the loop is determined by the size of the circumference of the foot in the rise and somewhat less than it to ensure the placement of the buckle on the outer side of the foot and the location of the elastic traces along the sides of the legs.

The swimmer performs a rowing movement with the legs characteristic of the breaststroke. At the expense of one, preparatory movements are performed with the legs, i.e. the legs are flexed in the hip and knee joints and occupy an intermediate starting position before the working movement. The score and the feet are forcibly retracted to the sides (reversal of the feet) due to the tension of the elastic tg and to the score two, the feet are padded in the counting position and creating the largest foot support area against the water. Next, the legs are reset.

Thus, the beginner swimmer is formed by the correct movement of the legs with a good reversal of the feet to the sides in literally three to four occupations. In the next two to three occupations, beginner swimmers learn the movements while swimming in breaststroke in full coordination.
