Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to gas-discharge light sources.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the j service life and reduce the separation of radiation.
ЮThe drawing shows a metal halide lamp. YU
Burner 1 of an ellipsoidal metal halide lamp is made of quartz glass with quartz legs 2 attached to it, in which electrodes 3 are welded. The working ends of the electrodes 3 are located at the foci 0 and 0 <of the ellipsoid forming the burner 1. Between the foci 0 and 0 4 an arc of discharge 4 is formed. The ratio of the interelectrode distance of 1dd9 to the internal length of the burner 1 to is chosen within the limits of 0.570.74. When the lamp is operating, a minimum temperature gradient of the inner surface of the burner is provided, 25 which leads to a decrease in the color separation of radiation. In addition, the alignment of the minimum and maximum operating temperatures of the burner allows you to maintain high light output at a lower maximum temperature of the burner. Reducing the maximum operating temperature will increase the lamp life.
The table shows examples of specific performance.
The implementation of the invention allowed to increase the service life of lamps of the DRISH-575-1 type from 500 to 600 hours with an economic effect of 52.8 thousand rubles.
