Abstract

FIELD: laser treatment of materials. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon additional scanning of focused laser beam, matched with phases and amplitudes of oscillations of mechanical system of automatic displacement of blank under treatment. Instrument has laser, two-coordinate table with drives and deflector. Drives of feeds through additional devices for matching amplitudes and phases of oscillations of table mechanical system. The second outputs of matching units and the second outputs of adders are connected with control system. When the position of treatment is achieved the deflector mirror is additionally scanned in such a manner, that errors induced by oscillations, have to be compensated. EFFECT: improved productivity; improved quality of treatment. 2 cl, 2 dwg
