Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in secondary power sources of electronic equipment.
The aim of the invention is to increase the temperature stability of the output current and the reliability of the stabilizer.
The drawing shows a circuit diagram of a DC stabilizer.
The DC stabilizer contains the same type of regulating 1 and compensating 2 transistors, the first 3, the second 4 and the third 5 resistors and a zener diode 6. The collector of transistor 1 is connected to the output bus to connect the load 7, the emitter with the collector of transistor 2 through resistor 4, the base - with a common bus through resistor 3, and with the base of transistor 2 through zener diode 6. The base of transistor 2 through resistor 5 is connected to the emitter of transistor 2 and the input bus for connecting the supply voltage.
The output current 1 ^ of the stabilizer is determined by the expression
1 «= (Ust + UB?, - Ukeg) / ^.
где UCT напряжение стабилизации стабилитрона 6;where U CT stabilization voltage of the zener diode 6;
напряжения база - эмиттер транзисторов 1 и 2;voltage base - emitter of transistors 1 and 2;
У|е>2_ напряжение насыщения транзистора 2;V | e> 2 _ the saturation voltage of the transistor 2;
R4. R 4 . - resistance of the resistor 4. Resistor 3 sets the nominal value of the current of the zener diode 6. Resistor 5 determines the minimum-40 but the permissible value of the current of the zener diode 6 when the load is off, when the transistor 2 goes from saturation to gain mode.
The DC stabilizer operates as follows.
Есин t When the temperature of the medium changes, the voltages of the base - emitter of transistors 1 and 2 change. But since these changes are the opposite 50 Compiled by V. Yesin
Editor A. Lezhnina Tehred A. Kravchuk affect the output current, they are mutually compensated and do not change the output current. The temperature drift of voltage 5 of the collector – emitter of transistor 2 in saturation mode is an order of magnitude smaller than the temperature drift of voltage base – emitter of the transistor and therefore does not have a significant effect on the thermal stability of the output current.
When load 7 is turned off, the zener diode is shunted by the collector circuit of transistor 2. As soon as the current of the zener diode 6 reaches a minimum of 15 acceptable values, the voltage drop across the resistor 5 transfers the transistor 2 from saturation to gain mode, at which the current of the zener diode 6 is fixed at a minimum of 20 acceptable levels, which increases its reliability.
Thus, the proposed zener diode in comparison with the prototype has a higher temperature 25 output current stability and reliability.
