Abstract

Изобретение относится к сплавам на никелевой основе, предназначенным для изготовления свариваемых деталей и конструкций, работающих при повышенных температурах в специальных средах. Цель повышение ударной вязкости сварных швов, механических свойств и расширение температурного интервала деформации. Сплав содержит, мас. хром 37 43; молибден 1 1,5; цирконий 0,001 0,1; иттрий 0,001 0,1; ниобий 0,05 0,5; никель остальное. Сплав обеспечивает уровень механических свойств при 20°С σ827 851 МПа, δ 34,3 38,5, j 49,5 53,1% Выход годного при деформации составляет 56 60% Ударная вязкость сварных швов в исходном состоянии составляет при 20°С 13,1-19,2 кгм/смпри 400°С 9,7-13,4 кгм/см; при 650°С 11,9-15,7 кгм/см. Ударная вязкость сварных швов после старения при 400°С в течение 500 ч при 20°С 14,2-19,1 кг·м/см; при 300°С 14,8-19,7 кг·м/см. 2 табл.
