Description
Excretion refers to shoe production, in particular, to the method of manufacturing insoles for sports shoes, such as cycle shoes.
The aim of the invention is to increase the strength and dimensional stability of the insole.
1.FIG. 1 shows the insole, side view; figure 2 - zone I in Fig, 1.
The essence of the method of making a shoe insole consists in glueing the veneer sheets of wood of different hardwoods, forming a package so that one or several layers facing the human foot are made of planed veneer of hardwood, and the remaining layers are solid wood. The veneer sheets are laid in a bag so that their fibers are oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis of the insole, and the fibers of the middle layer are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the insole.
Before pressing, a soft peeled veneer is pre-rolled between rollers along the fibers to a compaction degree of 10-30% and placed mainly in the zone of tensile stresses acting on the bag when pressing the insole, and the middle layer is approximately two times less than the other layers. for example, to a degree of compaction of 15%, which contributes to the preservation of the bond between the fibers of the wood.
Due to the preliminary rolling of the sheets, peeled veneer, the cracking of the outer layers of the insole through the wood fibers during its pressing is eliminated, and reduced

упругие восстанавливающие деформации внешних слоев незначительно сказываютс на распрессовке стельки, особенно в процессе эксплуатации издели .Elastic regenerative deformations of the outer layers have little effect on the repressing of the insole, especially during the operation of the product.
The resulting package npeccyiof to connect the veneer sheets together and create a profile that is identical to the profile of a human footprint, while the insole has almost the same thickness at all points, as a result of which all its parts undergo the same change of parameters when exposed to external factors such as moistening and drying.
1.Example. For the manufacture of insoles, cycling shoes form a package of two layers of planed birch veneer 0.75 mm thick and five layers of peeled veneer veneer 1.8 mm thick glued together with FRF-50 phenolic resorcin resin resin by pressing the bag into 80-100 ° C in steel - Noah mold. The longitudinal peeled veneer is rolled between smooth metal rolls to a thickness of 1.25 mm, and the cross is 1.50 mm. Insoles made by this method did not have longitudinal cracks and other violations of the integrity of the wood layers. The indicators of dimensional stability, determined by the magnitude of the absolute deviation from the nominal profile in the toe part of the insole, and the tensile strength on the adhesive layer are presented in Table 1.
An optimal package was selected experimentally (No. 7, Table 2) with the highest indicators of tensile and flexural strength, as well as the lowest deviations of the control profile of the insole from a given level, Strength indicators of the insole during stretching over the middle layer, bending and indicators
2.dimensional stability in time are presented in table 2.
Using the proposed method of manufacturing insoles, for example, in sports shoes, improves the performance properties and durability of products by increasing the stiffness, dimensional stability, strength of the insole, as well as the stability of the shoe size. The use of peeled soft wood veneer in combination with hard wood improves the quality of the shoe by preventing the insoles from splitting when tightened with nails. In addition, the use of hardwood veneer (birch and aspen) is used to more efficiently use wood raw materials and reduce the cost of production.
